Why No Returns?

• Hygiene & Safety: Skincare products are personal care items, and we prioritize the health and safety of our customers. Once opened or used, the integrity of the product cannot be guaranteed.

• Handcrafted & Custom Formulations: Our products are made in small batches with love and care. Variations in color, texture, or scent are natural and do not affect product performance.

While we do not accept returns, if you encounter any issues with your order (such as receiving the wrong item or a damaged product), please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your purchase. We will work with you to resolve the issue!
