Lost or Stolen Packages
Rainbow Roots is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance. We will do our best to help resolve the issue.
Shipping Address Errors
Please ensure all shipping information is accurate before placing your order. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed. Any orders returned due to incorrect addresses will require additional shipping fees for re-delivery.
